1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). The financial statements have also been prepared on the going concern basis on the grounds that the director will continue to provide sufficient finance

Turnover policy

Turnover represents income from testing, repairing and reconditioning diesel fuel pumps and injectors.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Depreciation is provided on the cost of the asset on a straight line basis at the following rate: - Plant & Equipment - 15% per annum

Other accounting policies

Stocks are stated at lower of cost and net realisable value
