1 General information
The company is a private company limited by shares and is registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is 80 Hazel Pear Close , Horwich , Bolton , BL6 5GS , United Kingdom.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
The company had an outstanding directors loan account in the name of Andrea Donaldson of £968 at the year end. Interest has been charged at 3% and the loan is repayable on demand. The highest amount outstanding was £968 and this was repaid in full on 06/08/2018.
