For the year ending 30 April 2018 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. -
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. -
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. -
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Advances and credits
The company was under the sole control of Mr MR Jacobson throughout the year. Mr MR Jacobson is the managing director and sole shareholder. During the year to April 30, 2018 the Company advanced aggregate loans in the sum of £64,000 to Ethemba Capital LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership in which Mr Jacobson holds a 99% interest. The loans, on which interest was charged at a rate of 3% per annum in line with the ORI, were repaid in full prior to the year end.
