1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
At the balance sheet the company had net liabilities of £179,775 (2013:£91,845). However the |
company is progressing a development site and the project is due to become profitable in the future. |
The directors have no plans to withdraw funding within the next 12 months and it is on this basis that |
the going concern basis of accounting has been adopted. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Stocks |
Work in progress is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. |
Cost includes all direct expenditure and an appropriate proportion of fixed and variable overheads. |
Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all material timing differences that have originated but not |
reversed at the balance sheet date. |
