Guarantees and other financial commitment

The company had operating lease commitments contracted for but not provided for of £20,490.
National Westminster Bank Plc holds a fixed and floating charge over the undertaking and all property and assets as security for the bank loan. In addition the bank loans and overdraft are secured by a personal guarantee on the Director.
A Deed of Rent Deposit is held by D Langridge.
Director's confirmations
The director considers that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.
The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 27 December 2018.
