| The Company's activity is that of holding, maintaining, administering the property known as Chessington Lodge, Regents Park Road, London N3, maintaining management funds and requiring the leaseholders, who also are the shareholders, to contribute towards such funds. As such the company is managing the property on behalf of the leaseholders/shareholders and the maintenance expenditure is recovered from the leaseholders/shareholders by way of service charges. The day to day management of the property has been delegated to a firm of managing agents. |
| The current view within the accountancy profession and reflected in Tech 03/11 Residential service Charge Accounts (published jointly by the professional accountancy bodies with ARMA and RICS) is that the service charge monies are subject to statutory trust. Trust monies do not belong to the company and should not be included as an asset in the statutory accounts of the company. |
| The balance sheet of the company, therefore, reflects the assets and liabilities of the company. All company administration expenses have been met by the leaseholders through service charges and consequently there is no profit and loss account. The corresponding figures have been adjusted accordingly. |

| The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is 218 Kingston Road New Malden Surrey KT3 3RJ . |
|
| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
| The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act. |
| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
| The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
