Directors’ benefits: advances, credits and guarantees

This is the first year for the Company. During the year the Directors have made a loan £7800 to the Company. This amount needed to setup the Company's office. The loan have to be repay under 5 years, and interest free.

Guarantees and other commitments

For the year ending 31/05/2014 the Company was entitled to exemption form audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. Director's responsibilities: - The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476. - The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro/entity provisions and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities.
