1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the Standard).

	Turnover
	Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of transport arrangements provided to its immediate holding company for departures up to 30 September 2018.

	Profit before tax
	The administrative expenses represents a management charge levied by the parent company. Other than the directors, the company has no employees. Directors emoluments were £nil as the directors are remunerated by the parent company


2	Holding company guarantee

	The holding company Cruising Excursions Limited, provides the company with an unlimited guarantee for its working capital requirements.


3	Related party transactions

	Cruising Excursions Ltd (CEL). CEL holds 100% of the shares in the company. The company provided transport services to CEL during the year amounting to £6,150,361 (2017: £5,525,404). There were no amounts outstanding at the year end. During the year the company paid management fees to CEL amounting to £2,648,856 (2017: £2,282,107). There were no amounts outstanding at the year end.


4	Controlling party

	The immediate and ultimate holding company is Cruising Excursions Limited, registered in England and Wales, under company number 07567208 and registered office at 2nd Floor, Nucleus House, 2 Lower Mortlake Road, Richmond TW9 2JA and owns 100% of the issued share capital in the company.
