FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2018

The director presents her report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2018.

Principal activity

The principal activity of the company is to act as the service manager of the flats known as 13/14 Herbert
Crescent, London on a non profit basis. The whole of the service and management expenses are recoverable
from the lessees in accordance with the terms of their respective leases.

Review of activity

The company acts as a trustee in respect of service charge monies collected in connection with the above
property. In accordance with accounting recommendations from ARMA (Association of Residential Managing
Agents), details of service charge monies have been excluded from the accounts as the company acts only in a
trustee capacity in this connection. Separate service charge accounts are prepared and certified.

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2018

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of 13/14 Herbert Crescent Residents Limited for the year ended 31 March 2018 which comprise the Income statement, the Statement of financial position from the Company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

As a practising member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at http://www.icaew.com/en/ members/regulations-standards-and-guidance/.

This report is made solely to the director of 13/14 Herbert Crescent Residents Limited in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of 13/14 Herbert Crescent Residents Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the director of 13/14 Herbert Crescent Residents Limited in this report in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release TECH07/16AAF.
