    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost basis of accounting and are prepared in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided in equal installments over the estimated lives of the assets. The rate of depreciation is as follows: Computer Equipment over 3 years

    Valuation information and policy

    During the period the Company acquired a 40% shareholding in MPS Works Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, at a fair market value of £36,000.
