During the year the director repaid £9,538 to the company. Further loan of £22,562 was advanced by the company to the director. At the year end the outstanding amount due to the company was £27,099 (2017 - £14,076). At the year end the company charged the director interest of £515 (2017 - £422) on the loan at 2.5%.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
