1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Amaryllis Group Ltd is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's
registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The company remains reliant on support from group companies in order to meet its future cash obligations. The
Company has received confirmation that the Group will continue to provide financial support enabling it to meet
its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial
statements thus the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual
financial statements.

Emphasis of Matter
Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to the financial statements which indicate that the Company
currently has a net asset position of £nil. This condition, along with other matters as set out in Note 2, indicate
the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast doubt about the Group’s ability to continue as a going
concern.

7. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party
transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.

8. ULTIMATE PARENT COMPANY AND ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

At 29 September 2017, the ultimate parent company is Patriot Group Investments Limited, a company
incorporated in England and Wales.

In the opinion of the directors, the ultimate controlling party is Mr D.R. King by virtue of his majority
shareholding in the ultimate parent company.
