1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover represents the company's share of profits from its membership of a Limited Liability Partnership.

Pension contributions
Contributions payable by the company to the personal pension schemes of the directors are charged to profit and
loss account when incurred.
