Guarantees
During the period ended 31 December 2007 the company entered into a sale and leaseback transaction for film rights. Funds received from this transaction are held on a deposit account and comprise monies to provide for the full discharge of the future leasing liability. The bank that holds the deposit has given guarantees to the lessors in respect of this leasing liability. The amount held in deposit for the year amounted to £529,309 (2016 - £630,643). The capital element of leasing liability outstanding for the year amounted to £529,309 (2016 - £529,309).
