1. Commitments by way of guarantee

The borrowings of JWP Property Ltd have been secured by way of a fixed charge and debenture over the assets of JWP Property Ltd in favour of Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ).At 31 March 2018 the secured borrowings totalled £460,192.
