| 2. | Going concern basis of accounting |
| The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis in spite of their showing an overall net deficit of |
| £101,805 at 31 December 2017. |
| Hooked Ltd manufactures, processes and distributes marinades to the public via the internet. |
| The financial projections for 2018 predict a growth in sales and a positive gross margin. Forecasts for 2019-2021 |
| show increases in marketing exposure with the intention of increasing the numbers of regular subscribers. These |
| estimates expect the business activities will show a positive profit and resultant cash flow. |
| The major creditor is the holding company, JB Alexander Ltd which has given assurances that the outstanding |
| loan will only be repaid when the Hooked is in a financial condition so to do. |
| For these reasons the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis. |
