Related party transactions

At the year end the company was owed £128,865 (2017 - £133,465) by Pemstone Properties Limited, a company of which M J Crouch is a director.
At the year end the directors, M J Crouch and J A Crouch were owed £6,771 (2017 - £281,514) by the Company.
During the year the company received project management services totalling £Nil (2017 - £31,000) from TMP Associates Limited, a company 50% owned by M J Crouch. At the year end the company owed TMP Associates Limited £53,835 (2017 - £56,000).
