  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The accounts have been prepare under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Small Entities effective April 2008.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company during the period, exclusive of value added tax and trade discounts.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided at the following rates in order to write off the asset over its estimated useful life. Equipment - 33% straight line on cost.
