1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

	Turnover
	Turnover represents the contributions made towards the running costs of the property made by the owners of the flats.

2	Limited by guarantee

	The company has no share capital as it is limited by guarantee.

3	Transactions with directors

	Other creditors contains £2,730 (2013: £2,123) contributed by the owners of the flats, being residents' contributions towards expenditure to be incurred in future periods. Other debtors includes amounts owed by the directors as follows: Mr and Mrs T Le Huray - £189 (2013: £152) Mr and Mrs C Moncrieffe - £85 (2013: £332) Mr P Gray - £177 (2013: £80) Mr and Mrs S Blight - £137 (2013: £80) Mr S Purvis -£328 (2013: £271)
