Basis of measurement and preparation

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover represents the value of services to customers for the rental of self storage units.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. Fixtures and Fittings - 25% straight line.
