1 General information
The company is a private company limited by shares and is registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is 2 Sykes Court , Wheldrake , York , North Yorkshire , YO19 6GE , United Kingdom.
2 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year was 1 (2016: 1 ).
3 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the year no other related party transactions had been paid and the company as per last year maintained its position:
V M Sneesby (related to the director) Related parties to the director made a loan to the company, which was shown within director’s loan due after more than one year sine 30 November 2014. The company currently pays 4.8% interest on the loan. At the balance sheet date the amount due to V M Sneesby was £10,000 (2016 - £10,000).
The director maintains a non interest bearing account with the company. During the year the director paid for some company expenses and was repaid by the company. However, at the year end £2,959 was owing to the company by the director (2016: -£1,117).

Director's responsibilities:
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476; The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
