1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Going Concern |
The company's day to day working capital is met through a bank overdraft facility. The director believes that the |
company will continue to receive support from the bank and he therefore considers it appropriate to prepare the |
financial statements on a going concern basis. |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
