1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

2Fixed assets Investments
The cost and net book value at 1st April 2013 and 31st March 2014 was £850. This represents the cost of the investment in 85% of the issued share capital of The Finsbury Business Centre Limited, which company is incorporated in England and Wales
