annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is |
only required to file a Statement of Financial Position. Readers are cautioned that the Statement of |

required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your |
approval the financial statements of Theatre View Tenants Management Limited for the year ended |
31 December 2017 which comprise the Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position and the related |
notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
1. The premium for the long lease was paid by the members of Theatre View Tenants Management |
Limited who are the underlessees. This was reported under note 8 of the financial statements. |
2. Service charges received (included in turnover) are contributions from tenants to meet the repair |
and maintenance of the property. Agent May & Co Management Limited has been appointed as |
property manager. |
3. Managing agents May & Co Management Ltd holds and manages clients' funds via client account |
opened with HSBC bank (account number 93663981). |
