Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Related party transactions

Under the provisions of the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008), the

company does not include disclosure of transactions with entities that are part of the group as the

consolidated financial statements of the holding company, Wilsons Automobiles & Coachworks Limited, are

publicly available.
