Going concern |
The accounts are prepared on the going concern principle on the basis that the director continues to support the |
company with personal funds. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
Goodwill |
Goodwill is amortised in equal instalments over its estimated useful life, except where it has been identified as |
impaired in the period, in which case it is written down as appropriate. |
