1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting and Transition to FRS 105 The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105. There were no material departures from that standard.

Balance Sheet Disclosures

1 General information

The company is a private company limited by shares and is registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is The Rose Guardian House, Borough Road, Godalming, Surrey, England, GU7 2AE.

2 Guarantees and other financial commitments

During the period, the company committed to lease contracts to the effect of £15,097 to be paid
