FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2017

The director presents his report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017.

Principal activity

The principal activity of the company is to act as the service manager of the flats known as 29 Kensington
Court, London on a non profit basis. The whole of the service and management expenses are recoverable from
the lessees in accordance with the terms of their respective leases.

Review of activities

The company acts as a trustee in respect of service charge monies collected in connection with the above
property. In accordance with recommendations from ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents), the
service charge monies are excluded from the accounts as the company acts only in a trustee capacity in this
connection. Separate service charge accounts are prepared and certified.

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of 29 Kensington Court Limited for the year ended 31 December 2017 which comprise  the Statement of financial position from the Company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

This report is made solely to the director of 29 Kensington Court Limited in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of 29 Kensington Court Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the director of 29 Kensington Court Limited in this report in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release TECH07/16AAF. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than 29 Kensington Court Limited and its director for our work or for this report.
