Member's responsibilities:

The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act (as applied to LLPs) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. -
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime. - The LLP has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the LLP's Profit and Loss Account.

All of the LLP's members have consented to the preparation of an Abridged Profit and Loss Account and an Abridged Balance Sheet for the year end 30 September 2017 in accordance with section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.

Accounting Policies
1.1.
Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
1.2.
Statement of Cash Flow
The LLP has taken advantage of the exemption in Financial Reporting Standard No.1 from the requirement to produce a cash flow statement on the grounds that it is a small LLP.
1.3.
Turnover
Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the LLP, net of trade discounts.
1.4.
Investment Properties
Investment properties are not subject to periodic charges for depreciation on the basis set out in SSAP 12, except for properties held on lease which are depreciated on the basis set out in SSAP 12 over the period when the unexpired term is 20 years or less.
Investment properties are included in the balance sheet at their open market value.
