Basis of preparing the financial statements |
3. | INVESTMENT PROPERTY |
The company is the legal owner of 18 Brewer Street, a property which is being held on a nominee |
basis by it's parent company Hillersdon Estates & Investments Limited. The property is charged as a |
security for a loan taken out which is maintained by the parent company. The parent company also |
receives the financial benefit of the rent generated by the property. As at the 24th March 2018 the |
property had a balance value of £3,617,851 (2017 - £3,600,000) which is reflected in the financial |
statements of the parent company. |
