| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, not withstanding the net liabilities of the |
| company and its dependence on the continuing financial support of its parent, ARBRIX, a company limited by |
| guarantee.The directors have received confirmation from ARBRIX that it will make available sufficient funds to |
| enable the company to continue as a going concern for at least twelve months from the date of the signing of this |
| report. The directors considers that ARBRIX has both the ability and intention to honour this. |
