Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 September 2017 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover represents the total invoice value of sales made during the year and derives from theprovision of services falling within the company's ordinary activities.The turnover was derived from the company's principal activity which was carried out wholly inthe UK.

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation policy

Depreciation is calculated so as to write off the cost of an asset, less its estimated residualvalue, over the useful economic life of that asset as follows Leasehold properties 10% straight linePlant and machinery 20% reducing balance/33% straight lineFixtures, fittings and equipment 15% reducing balanceMotor vehicle 25% reducing balance

Other accounting policies

Provision is made under the liability method to take account of the timing differences betweenthe treatment of certain items for accounts purposes and their treatment for tax purposes Taxdeferred or accelerated is accounted for in respect of all material timing differences to the extent that it is considered that a net liability may ariseThe pension costs charged in the financial statements represents the contributions payable by the company during the year
