No political or charitable donations were made during the period.

Although the year was slightly better than expected, long term expectations continue to be poor and a very small profit was made. In view of the poor economic outlook throughout the world, we do not envisage the situation changing significantly. No fees are paid to the director. No dividends are proposed.

The above report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions in part 15 of the Companies Act 2006
