The directors present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2017.

The directors who held office during the year and up to the date of signature of the financial statements were as follows:

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies entitled to the small companies' exemption.

Included in other debtors is an amount owed to the company of £8,657 (2016 : £16,947) from the director, Mr Jonathan Peter Woodley and an amount of £3,753 (2016 : £16,946) from the director, Mrs Anne-Marie Woodley. These amounts are repaid in full to the company within 9 months of the balance sheet date.

Included in other creditors is an amount of £4,957 (2016 : £4,957) owed to the director, Mr Jack Tilbury.

Ultimate control of the company is vested in Mr Jonathan Woodley (Director) and his wife, Mrs Anne-Marie Woodley (Director) who together are the majority shareholders.

The average number of persons (including directors) employed by the company during the year was 2 (2016 - 2).

Birdsong Productions Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 1 Palmer Road, Angmering, Littlehampton, West Sussex.

The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.

For the year ended 31 August 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
