1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and under the historical cost convention. The accounts present information about the company as an individual undertaking and not about its group. The group qualifies as a small group and therefore consolidated accounts have not been prepared.

2Fixed assets Investments
Loans to a group undertaking have been included on the Balance Sheet as an Investment for the purposes on this return.
