PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of the management of the roads and amenity
areas at Knaresborough Drive and Riverdale Drive, London SW18

DIRECTORS
Miss S MacDowell has held office during the whole of the period from 1st January 2017 to the date of this report.

Other changes in directors holding office are as follows:

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Income
During the year the company received from lessees, as agent, monies relating to service charges and associated
income, which are held on trust.
