Accounting Policies
Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
Going Concern Disclosure
In this first year of trading the company has net liabilities of £3,777. This amount is owed to an associated company, and will be repaid when the company makes a profit. The director is therefore confident that the company can continue as a going concern.
Turnover
Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.
