Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover represents the collection of service charges for the maintenance and upkeep of the building.
1.3.
Cash at Bank and in hand.
At year end the cash at bank includes reserve bank account.
