1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents sale of residential property. |
Stocks |
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow |
moving items. |
Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance |
sheet date. |

3. | DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES |
During the course of the year the company provided an interest bearing loan to the directors' in respect of which |
C. Evans owed £13,610.47 and C Norman owed £24,588.66 as at 31.03.14. A commercial rate of interest was |
charged to the directors for the period under review and the loan is scheduled to be repaid by 31 December 2014. |

The company is controlled equally by Mr C Norman and Mr C Evans. |
As at 31 March 2014, Sussex & Kent Housing Ltd owed £107,414.54 to London & County Housing ltd and |
£5,406.58 to Great Balls of Fire Ltd |

unaudited financial statements, from which the unaudited abbreviated accounts (set out on pages two to three) |

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the |
financial statements of Sussex & Kent Housing Limited for the year ended 31 March 2014 which comprise the Profit |
and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information |
and explanations you have given us. |

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Sussex & Kent Housing Limited, as a body, in accordance with |
