1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company does not make a profit. Its purpose is to manage the freehold at 116 Greencroft Gardens Management Ltd. Any surplus is carried to maintenance fund reserves and held for benefit of the owners of the freehold.
