1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents the value of goods and services provided to customers, net of value added tax |
and discounts. It is recognised at the point of the sale of goods being made or agreement of the |
services to be provided. |

Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at |
the balance sheet date. |
Going concern |
The directors consider that there are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may |
cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern, but the company is |
reliant on the support of it's directors. Therefore, the going concern basis remains appropriate. |
