The director presents his annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017.

Principal activities

The principal activity of the Company is the management of the freehold reversionary interest of flats and houses at Madeira Way and Kingston Quay Eastbourne.

 

The day to day management and maintenance of the freehold property is delegated to a managing agent to perform.

 

In accordance with Tech Guidance 03/11 released by ICAEW in conjunction with ARMA and RICS Service Charge income and expenditure is recorded in separate annual Service Charge Accounts.

 

The Company does not trade and generates no income from ground rents.

Port Regent (Phase III) Management Limited is a private company limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 7 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4RB.

 

The director of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.

For the year ended 31 December 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
