The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with applicable UK accounting standards.
Cash flow statement
The directors have taken advantage of the exemption in Financial Reporting Standard No 1 (Revised 1996) from including a cash flow statement in the financial statements on the grounds that the company is small.
Fixed Assets
All fixed assets are initially recorded at cost.
Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, despite the loss before tax of £169,081 (2013: £152,505) for the year ended and the net liabilities of £321,486 (2013: £152,405) as at the balance sheet date.
The company's shareholders have confirmed that they will continue to make available such financial support for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, as is required and will not seek repayment of the amount owed to them until the company's other liabilities have been met in full.
Having considered this and all other information available to them up to the date on which the financial statements were approved, the directors consider that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.

Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of the transaction.
