Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).
These financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2017 are the first financial statements prepared in accordance with FRS 102. No adjustments were required on transition. |

The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis, however this may not be appropriate as at the balance sheet date the company had net liabilities of £16,516. However the director feels it is appropriate as included within other creditors is £1,212,334 due to the ultimate controlling party who have indicated that they will continue to support the company. |
