The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 30 June 2017.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2017 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections
394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Going concern

The dormant accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis as the sums due to the company and by the

company are in connection with related parties. The director is of the opinion these balances will be repaid.

The loan to the director by the company is interest free and is repayable on demand.

6.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Korpp Investment Limited

During the year £27 was paid by Korpp Investment Limited on behalf of the company. The loan due to Korlet
Dundee Limited by Korpp Investment Limited at 30 June 2017 was £19,732 (2016-£19,759). This loan is
interest free and repayable on demand.

Korpp Limited

A company in which Mr Koramshai is a shareholder and director.

The loan of £22,000 due by Korlet Dundee Limited to Korpp Limited is interest free and repayable on demand.

7.	ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

Korpp Investment Limited own 94% of the issued share capital in Korlet Dundee Limited and is therefore the
ultimate controlling party.

8.	FIRST YEAR ADOPTION

The adoption of FRS 102 (Section 1A) has had no impact on the opening financial position of the company.
