The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The parent company is Counties & Capital Newspapers Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Tindle Press Holdings Limited prepares group financial statements, copies of which can be obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Companies House, Crown Way, Maindy, Cardiff, CF14 3UZ.
