Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard). |

Contractual commitments |

The company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property for maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the terms of the leases. At 31 March 2017 the company had not entered into any non-cancellable contractual commitments (2016: Nil non-cancellable contractual commitments). |
