At the beginning of the year, the director was owed £184 from the company. During the year, the director has drawn £96,165 whilst only £91,520 was repaid. This leaves a balance that the director owes to the company of £4,461. An interest rate of 3% has been paid by the director from the point that the loan was due to the company.

Rissemere Limited pays a rental fee, and the contract signed agrees this should be £600 per month. There is no fixed term for this rental and the contract renews on a year by year basis until either the landlord or Rissemere Limited decide to terminate the agreement.
