    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The company is incorporated in Great Britain and is a residents association which was set up to purchase and own a small lane which allows access to the rear of numbers 38-62 Heath Gardens, Twickenham. The company incurs expenses in relation to the purchase and ownership of the lane. The company funded by capital contributions from residents. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with applicable UK financial reporting and accounting standards.
