Included in other debtors is an amount of 56,292 (2016: £31,275) due from Mr A and Mrs B Gaon, directors of the company. During the year the company advanced £229,579 and received £204,562 from Mr A and Mrs B Gaon, both directors of the company. Interest has been charged on the overdrawn balance at the rate of 3% per annum. The balance was repaid subsequent to the year end.

The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
